Collect and Deliver

1. Orders for pick-up will be processed immediately upon confirmation of payment.

2. Customers may choose their preferred Wilcon Branch for order pick-up.

3. Customer will receive a Wilcon Order Confirmation via e-mail

4. To pick up your order, please present a valid government-issued photo ID along with your proof of purchase, either in digital or printed format.

5. If you authorize another person to pick up your order on your behalf, they must present the following:
    - A forwarded copy of your proof of purchase with your written consent, specifying the full name of the authorized person, which must match their government-issued ID.
    - A valid government-issued ID of the main customer.

6. Orders must be picked up within seven (7) days from the date you receive an email notification or received a call/message from the store confirming that your order is ready for pick-up.

7. Please consider the size of your vehicle, as your order may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging.

1. Minimum purchase of Php 2,000.00 is required for delivery services.
2. Additional charges may apply depending on the area of delivery.
3. Minimum delivery fee is Php800.00. Gate, road, or parking fees will be shouldered by the customer.
